I'm Carolynn, it's nice to meet you!

I love Mexican, Italian and Thai food, but have a special place in my heart for almond croissants which necessitates trips to the gym and long hikes.

I’m a mom and live in Arizona with my husband and friendly Border Collie Lab. I would like to teach you how to create healthy food and achieve your desired goals. I believe you should always have something nourishing waiting for you in your kitchen.

About Me

I developed Home Chef Habits to support good food choices and behaviors.  

I am an experienced and highly organized home chef with a Certificate in Culinary Coaching from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Harvard Medical School. I graduated from Arizona State University and I have training in biometric screening from Virgin Pulse. Prior to becoming a home chef I was a healthcare video producer for 20 years.
